• Please note that Cinemacity operates across five locations, each of which is a legally distinct entity.

Each location is registered under a specific legal name as follows:

1. Cinemacity AlQana legally registered as AlQana Cinema LLC
2. Cinemacity Fountain Views legally registered as Cinemacity Fountain LLC
3. Cinemacity Arabian Centre legally registered as TAC Cinemas LLC
4. Cinemacity Zero6 legally registered as Sharjah Cinema LLC
5. Cinemacity Rahmania legally registered as Sharjah Cinema LLC - Branch 1

• Movie tickets can only be purchased from this Website by credit card or debit card.
• Movie tickets purchased via this Website will be available for collection at the relevant cinema.
• Movie tickets purchased via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
• Prices on this Website include Tax where applicable.
• You agree that we may at our discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale via this Website.
• Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.
• Where voucher tickets are purchased, suitable identification must be presented upon collection of the tickets.
• All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
• The free yearly birthday ticket for loyalty members can only be redeem once you have visited the cinema at least 2 times
• The Pricing of the Tickets may vary from Event to Event. The customer has to visit the website when required for latest pricing.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). The logo of the accepted cards are to be mentioned on their Home page and on their Payment check out page.
• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• (Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• The Website Policies and Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards,
